Hope Lutheran Church became incorporated on June 10, 1984 as the result of many years of work to merge the congregations of Our Saviour’s (ALC) with First Lutheran (LCA). Both congregations were organized in 1896 as the Scandinavian Union Church of Anaconda. Our Saviour’s was incorporated on February 16, 1903 and First in 1904.
